Canterbury Earthquake Update - UPDATED 8th December 2011

After months of negotiation we have now been released from the lease, effective 1st December, on Windsor Court Motel due to earthquake damage caused in February and further damage from subsequent aftershocks. The long term future of the land and buildings is still undecided, and in the hands of the insurance company / loss adjusters. Therefor no further descisions as to the future of the complex can be made.

We have enjoyed the many quests that we have hosted over the past 4 years and have built many great friendships from this. We will miss the motel industry, but who knows maybe one day we will be back in another complex.

All phones have now been disconnected and the webiste / email will shut down in due course (probably within 6 months). Please feel free to contact us in the meantime on our normal email and we will pass on new details to those of you whom request them.
